Own the platform, not the licence

Most AI offers to a smaller business are a rental agreement. You pay per seat, per message or per document, the vendor keeps the model and the improvements, and the day you stop paying the capability disappears along with the switching cost you have quietly accumulated.

We work the other way around. Whatever we build during an engagement is your intellectual property from the first commit: the code, the prompts and evaluation sets, the fine-tuned or configured models, the data and the documentation. It is deployed in your cloud tenancy, under your accounts, with your names on the repositories.

That has commercial consequences we accept deliberately. We do not sell our own product, so we have no incentive to design a dependency on us. It also means an MSP or a cooperative can build one capability and deploy it across a client base or a membership without asking anyone's permission.

The test is simple: if we walked away tomorrow, could your team keep running and extending what was built? If the answer is no, it was not a handover — it was a subscription.
